In ihrem Inneren gibt es einen Halbleiter, der Licht emittiert, indem ihn eine kontinuierliche Spannung durchl\u00e4uft. Das nennt man Elektrolumineszenz. Der erste erfolgreiche kommerzielle Gebrauch begann mit den Infrarot-Dioden, die in allen Fernbedienungen f\u00fcr alle Ger\u00e4ttypen verwendet werden. class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es handelt sich um eine stark eingekapselte LED, die nur eine Farbe ausstrahlt. Deshalb findet man sie in LED-Displays, wo sie die dreifarbige Zusammensetzung RGB bewirken (mit dieser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kombination erstellt man alle Farben). Diese LEDs sind eine gute M\u00f6glichkeit sie als\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/visualled.com\/de\/led-bildschirm-aufbau\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"\/de\/outdoor-led-bildschirme\/https:\/\/visualled.com\/de\/led-bildschirm-aufbau\/\">LED-Au\u00dfendisplays<\/a>\u00a0zu verwenden, da sie wetterfest sind und eine hohe Leuchtkraft besitzen. Der einzige Nachteil ist ihr kleiner Sichtwinkel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>LED SMD (Surface-Mounted Device)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese LEDs kombinieren in einer einzigen Einkapselung die drei Farben RGB. So werden kleine Pixel mit einem weiten Sichtwinkel erreicht. Man benutzt diese LEDs f\u00fcr den Innen- und Au\u00dfenbereich.
