It is becoming more common to see LED screens on stages in many events. The infinity of uses that we can give these screens, make them practically essential and therefore, their use has considerably grown in popularity.
A stage is the highest and most relevant part of any show, so the installation of a monitor on it means that it will be much easier for all the attendees to see what is going on clearly.
LED screens for stages have to be designed following several rules: They have to be light and fast to assemble and disassemble.
- Light: This type of screens are used continuously in multiple events and conferences, so it is a priority to make these screens light and easy to handle and store in order to make transport easy.
- Easy assembly and disassembly: These screens are designed so that their assembly is really simple and fast, without the need to use external tools to put them together. The panel‘s studied mechanisms of union join multiple cabinets with a simple click, creating a single screen once they are attatched together.
LED screens for events and stages are different from the rest of LED screens because they come in fixed sizes, so it is not possible to customize the size of their frames or cabins, since these are built with aluminum molds of 500x500mm or 500x1000mm in size. Uniting these cabinets we can create the desired size.
Stage screens are screens that usually broadcast live external video signals, that is, they connect to screens, video cameras, computers, television broadcasts, etc.. This is why it is necessary to have a controller with multiple video signal inputs.

These boxes have wheels with brakes that make movement and transport across stages easier.
The material with which they are manufactured can be of two types, high resistance plywood (DM) or plastic resin.
Wooden flightcases are very robust and are generally the most used, due to their good value for money. They can be manufactured in custom sizes.
The plastic resin models are more professional and advanced as they are very light and very resistant too. Their price is higher than the wooden flightcase and cannot be manufactured in custom sizes, since they depend on prefabricated molds.
