WORKING TEMPERATURE
LED screens are manufactured using high precision electronic components, which can be exposed to highly variable temperature conditions.
WORKING TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS ON SCREEN
The temperature reached by LEDs during operation will have a direct impact on their lifespan. The longevity of LEDs is one of their greatest virtues, but they must operate at a temperature below 40 ° C ~ 45 ° C to reach that goal. If the LEDs are operated at higher temperatures, their brightness will be reduced at a faster rate.
WHAT OTHER COMPONENTS CAN BE AFFECTED BY HIGH TEMPERATURES?
Any electronic component can be affected by operating at higher temperatures than those specified in its data sheet. The power supplies can receive noticeable effects during their use due to operating at elevated temperatures. Its working temperature has a wide range, but the energy efficiency in high temperature environments translates into an increase in electricity consumption and therefore an increase in costs.
HOW TO AVOID OVERHEATING?
First, perform a correct maintenance of the screen. Keeping it in good condition will always benefit the longer life of the LEDs and other components on the screen. Simply keep the inside of your screen completely clean and free of dust. If the screen has ventilation systems, perform maintenance tasks from time to time. The screens are an easy maintenance product, so any user can perform these types of tasks.
